I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was a short walk to michigan avenue. the staff were friendly. the suite featured everything needed for preparing simple meals. The kitchen was well-equipped. i would consider staying at this hotel again.
The hotel had limited room cleaning. Rooms are only cleaned if you stay more than five nights. i would have liked daily cleaning.

the location worked great. i appreciated proximity to the lake and downtown. the nearby garage offered affordable parking. we found the rate reasonable for the night and loved the spacious suite. the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and two large closets.
we requested extra pillows for the pull-out sofa, but the hotel had none available. this was a minor inconvenience, but it slightly impacted the comfort of our stay.

The rooms were quite large. I liked that we were only two blocks from the Magnificent Mile. We walked to the Navy Pier and returned along the lakeshore. The staff was helpful .

my one bedroom suite king had ample space and a well equipped kitchenette. the breakfast included real eggs and turkey sausage, a nice change. i easily walked to michigan avenue and public transport from here.
the gym had limited equipment, just a few treadmills. it would be nice to have more variety for a longer workout.
